POOL HOUSE ADU CONVERSION

This North Tustin client recognized the potential of an unused pool house in their backyard and wanted to transform it into a livable area for family and friends. We were happy to accommodate their request.

This air conditioned ADU now boasts a personal kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and entertainment center. Custom designed wooden arbors also accentuate the stellar pool view.

 

Private relaxation doesn't get much more sophisticated than this.
